Terms of Service

Dear User, Thank you for choosing BenPay . This BenPay  Terms of Service (“Agreement”) is made between you (“User”) and BenPay  . In this Agreement (a) “we” and “us” refer to the Company and “our” shall be construed accordingly; and (b) “you” refers to User and “your” shall be construed accordingly. Each of you and the Company shall hereinafter be referred to as a “Party”, and collectively, you and the Company shall hereinafter be referred to as the “Parties”. Company hereby reminds you that you must carefully read the full content of this Agreement and other documents mentioned in this Agreement before using our mobile application “BenPay ” available on various mobile platforms including but not limited to Google Play and Apple App Store (“BenPay ” or “App”). In particular, you must carefully read the section of “Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability” and other sections which are displayed in bold in this Agreement. You must make sure that you fully understand the whole Agreement and evaluate the risks of using BenPay  on your own.

1. Definition

1.1 "Agreement" means this User Service Agreement, as amended from time to time.
1.2 "Secure Multi-party computation", which refers to the problem of how to safely calculate a contract function without the presence of a trusted third party.. A secure multi-party computing protocol is said to be information-theoretic secure or unconditionally secure if it is secure from an attacker with unlimited computing power; If it is secure for an attacker with polynomial computing power, it is said to be cryptographically secure or conditionally secure.
1.3 "Secure Multi-Party Computation Wallet" refers to the digital asset management tool based on the secure Multi-Party Computation (MPC) protocol, including other auxiliary tools developed to facilitate the use of blockchain systems.
1.4 "Public key" : the private key is generated by one-way derivation with the help of cryptography, and is used to generate the blockchain digital wallet address, which is the public receipt address.
1.5 "Private key", consisting of 256 random characters, is the key to the user's ownership and use of digital assets.

2. BenPay Services (collectively, the “Services”)

2.1 Users may choose to use different language versions of the Platform. In case of inconsistency, conflict, or omission of content between different language versions of the Platform, the Chinese version of the Platform shall prevail.
2.2 The platform is a digital asset security service platform, which is provided by BenPay to users. The specific service content mainly includes digital asset security service, user service and other auxiliary services. The specific details are subject to the actual service content provided by the platform.
2.3 For users to access or use BenPay platform services, users must equip themselves with Internet access equipment required for Internet access and bear all costs of this service, including but not limited to network access fee and mobile phone data fee. When using any third party services, the User shall also comply with the provisions of the third party's service guidelines and related fees.
2.4 During the performance of this Agreement, BenPay may modify this Agreement according to the circumstances. In the event of any change in the content of this Agreement, BenPay will publish the latest service agreement and will not notify users individually. If the user does not agree to the modifications made by BenPay to this Agreement, the user has the right to stop using the Platform services. If the user continues to use the Platform services, the user shall be deemed to have accepted the modification of this Agreement made by BenPay and shall be subject to the modified Agreement.
2.5 BenPay agrees that BenPay may provide notice to users and any other agreements, rules, notices or other notices concerning users' use of the Services by electronic means such as platform announcements, in-site letters, emails, mobile phone short messages or physical means such as mail. Such notice shall be deemed to have been delivered to the recipient on the date it is sent (or the third natural day after such notice is mailed to the user at the contact address retained by the User on the Platform if it is sent by mail). BenPay shall not be liable for any reason not attributable to BenPay (including inaccurate or invalid email address, mobile phone number, contact address, information transmission failure, etc.) that causes users to fail to receive such notice on the date on which such notice is deemed to have been delivered.
2.6 In order to avoid any misoperation of asset wallet or any security risk of digital assets as far as possible, users should avoid using the services of the Platform without basic knowledge of blockchain. For users without basic knowledge of blockchain, BenPay reserves the right to refuse to provide some or all of the service features.
2.7 Users understand that BenPay will modify, suspend or completely close the Services of the Platform in any of the following circumstances, and the effective date shall be subject to the platform announcement. Users agree that BenPay shall not be liable for any breach of contract, compensation or compensation to users:
(1) The operation of the platform is interrupted due to technical reasons such as equipment and blockchain system maintenance, upgrade, failure and communication interruption;
(2) The platform is unable to provide services due to force majeure or other factors, or BenPay reasonably believes that there will be great risks in continuing to provide services;
(3) there is a material adverse change in applicable laws or policies; Or in accordance with the requirements of laws, regulations, rules, orders and other norms of the sovereign country or region to which the user belongs;
(4) Legitimate interests to protect the interests of the Platform or users;
(5) Other circumstances beyond the control or reasonably foreseeable of the Platform.

3. The service content

3.1 Creating a Wallet
(1) This Agreement will pop up when the user creates a wallet for the first time. Once the user agrees to create a wallet, the user agrees to the entire content of this Agreement and the user is bound by this Agreement. If the user does not have the subject qualification as required in this Agreement, the user shall bear all consequences resulting therefrom, and BenPay reserves the right to hold the user accountable.
(2) The user hereby undertakes to create the wallet and use the Platform services for legitimate purposes and does not intend to violate relevant applicable laws and regulations through the platform or the platform services; The user guarantees that the digital assets deposited under the blockchain account associated with the BenPay platform account are from legitimate sources; In addition to this Agreement, users shall also abide by all rules issued and updated by the Platform from time to time, including announcements, instructions on usage procedures and risk warnings.
3.2 User Services provided by the Platform
(1) The platform provides the following services to users according to the registration rules:
A Digital asset security service;
B. Real-time market information service of digital assets, based on the requirements of local laws and regulations of users, providing partial transaction information services of users;
C Provide user services;
D Technical and management services to ensure normal operation of the platform; Other services announced on e platform.
(2) Adhering to the decentralized characteristics of blockchain, and in order to protect the security of users' digital assets, the platform provides decentralized services, which are different from banking financial institutions. The user understands and accepts that the platform does not assume the following responsibilities: storing the user's security password (that is, the password set when the user creates the wallet) or the fragment of the user's local private key; Retrieve the user's security password and private key fragment; Freeze your wallet; Report loss of wallet, etc.
(3) Users shall be responsible for keeping mobile devices containing asset wallets, backing up wallet information, and backing up security passwords and private key fragments. If users lose mobile devices, delete and fail to back up wallet information, delete and fail to back up wallet, steal wallet or forget the security password and private key fragment, the platform cannot restore wallet or recover the security password and private key fragment. "If a user conducts a transaction by mistake (such as inputting the wrong transfer address or the wrong transfer amount), the platform cannot cancel the transaction, and the platform shall not be held responsible for this.

4. Limitation of Platform liability

4.1 BenPay makes no warranty of any kind for the following services:
(1) The platform services will meet the needs of users;
(2) The Platform services will be free from interference, timely provision or error free;
(3) Any products, services, information or other data purchased or obtained by users through the Services of the Platform will meet users' expectations;
(4) All information, programs, texts and data contained on the platform are completely safe from interference and destruction by viruses, Trojans and other malicious programs;
(5) All transaction results are verified by the platform and the corresponding calculation methods are publicized on the platform, but the Platform cannot guarantee that the calculation is free from error or interference.
4.2 The User acknowledges and agrees that in no event shall BenPay be liable for any of the following:
(1) Loss of user income;
(2) Loss of user's trading profits or expected contract benefits;
(3) Loss caused by interruption, suspension or termination of the service;
(4) Losses expected to save transaction costs;
(5) Losses caused by information transmission problems;
(6) Loss caused by loss or damage of data;
(7) any indirect, special or incidental losses resulting from the breach, whether or not such losses could be reasonably foreseen by the Platform and whether or not the Platform has been advised of the possibility of such losses in advance;
(8) The user's digital assets are lost due to the loss of mobile devices, deletion and failure to back up wallet information, forgetting and failure to back up security passwords, private key fragments, etc.;
(9) for the user to reveal the security code in known or unknown circumstances, such as the private key pieces, borrow, transfer or authorize others to use their mobile device, or a wallet, or through his official download platform application or Pocket to use other unsafe way platform application result in the user's digital assets loss;
(10) Loss of digital assets caused by user's wrong operations (including but not limited to user's wrong transfer address and user's choice of transfer node server);
(11) The loss of the user's digital assets due to misoperation by the user who does not understand the knowledge of blockchain technology;
(12) Due to system lag, blockchain instability and other reasons, the platform copies the user's transaction records on the blockchain.
4.3 The User acknowledges and agrees that BenPay has the right to refuse to compensate the User for all or part of the loss under any of the following circumstances:
(1) BenPay has reasonable reasons to believe that users' behaviors on the platform are suspected of illegal or immoral behaviors;
(2) the user mistakenly thinks that the loss is caused by the platform;
(3) Any other loss not caused by the platform.
4.4 The third-party services on the Platform shall be provided by the third-party service providers, who shall be solely responsible for the quality and content of the services provided by the third-party service providers. Content on the Platform may involve other platforms owned, controlled or operated by third parties (hereinafter referred to as "Third Party Platforms"). The Platform does not guarantee and is not obligated to guarantee the authenticity and validity of any information on the third party platform. The User acknowledges using the third party platform in accordance with the service agreement of the third party platform and not in accordance with this Agreement. Content, products, advertising and any other information on third party platforms is at the user's sole discretion and risk and is not associated with the BenPay platform. Any information downloaded or obtained by Users through the use of the Services of the Platform shall be at users' own risk and consideration, and any loss caused by the downloading of the information shall be borne by Users themselves.
4.5 As BenPay provides standardized services, BenPay is unable to reasonably predict the possible losses to users caused by its breach of contract, and BenPay will not charge additional fees for users to gain benefits from using the Service. Therefore, users agree that, where permitted by law, BenPay shall be responsible for all matters relating to or arising from this Agreement, Or due to the use of the platform, or because it contains, or in other ways through the platform to provide all the information to users, content, materials and products (including software) and services, or purchase and use of product causes any indirect, punitive, special, derivative losses (including loss of business, loss of earnings, loss of profit, the economic interests of the use of data or other losses) , regardless of how such loss may arise, even if it has been advised of the possibility of such loss in advance.
4.6 The warranties and commitments made by BenPay in this Agreement are the sole warranties and representations made by BenPay in respect of its provision of the Platform services pursuant to this Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "Agreement Warranties"). All agreement warranties are made only for the Platform and are binding on the Platform itself, the effect of which shall not be binding on any third party.
4.7 If the platform system crashes or cannot be used normally due to force majeure or other uncontrollable reasons, the transaction cannot be completed or relevant information and records are lost, BenPay will make reasonable efforts to assist in dealing with the aftermath, and the user agrees to bear the risks and losses caused by the above situation. Agree that BenPay shall not be liable or otherwise liable to the user as a result.
4.8 Various DApps may be connected to the Platform. The User understands that the source codes of various DApps are provided by third parties and use of such DApps is governed by the User Agreement and Privacy Policy of the relevant third parties respectively. The User confirms that he/she has ensured such DApps are safe and reliable to use, and the User has understood the above and agrees to invest at his/her own risk.

5. Your Representations and Warranties

5.1 User represents that it has full capacity for civil rights and full capacity for civil conduct, can independently bear legal liability, and will never use the Platform services for any illegal purpose or in any illegal manner. The user undertakes to comply with the relevant laws and regulations of the country where he/she is located and all international practices regarding the use of the Internet, as well as all network protocols, rules and procedures related to the Platform services. If the relevant laws and regulations of the user's location or account registration place change, the user shall comply with the requirements of the latest laws and regulations and actively avoid using the relevant products and services of the platform prohibited by the relevant laws and regulations. The User warrants that he/she shall voluntarily and fully pay the relevant taxes and fees arising from the change of the amount in the Service account of the Platform in the place where the user is located and where the account is registered, and agrees that the Platform has no relevant rights and obligations to supervise such changes. If the user violates this condition, BenPay may refuse to provide the service to the user at any time and in its sole discretion, and BenPay shall not assume a series of joint and several liabilities such as supervision and management due to the user's failure to comply with relevant laws and regulations in using the relevant service. If BenPay or any third party loses as a result of this, the user shall be fully liable for compensation. If the user is a person with limited civil capacity, he/she can only use the platform under the guardianship of his/her parents or guardians, otherwise BenPay has the right to suspend or close the user's account within the scope permitted by law.
5.2 User understands and agrees that the third-party services selected by User on the Platform shall be evaluated and selected by user. BenPay does not assume any responsibility for users' choice to use third-party services on the platform, and BenPay is unable and has no obligation to guarantee users' use results. Users shall be solely responsible for losses caused by users' use of third-party services, and BenPay shall not be liable.
5.3 The User agrees to be responsible for all activities (including information disclosure, information release, click to agree to various agreements, upload and submit various documents, click to agree to renew various agreements or click to agree to service agreements provided by third parties, etc.) under its registered account on the Platform, and in the process of the above activities, If users fail to comply with the terms of this Agreement or the operating instructions in the trading rules published by the Platform, the Platform shall not assume any responsibility.
5.4 user agrees, his Pocket shall have the right in the process of platform services in a variety of ways to launch a variety of commercial advertising or any other type of business information (including any page to advertise the platform), and the user agrees to accept the platform to the user via E-mail or other means to send commercial promotion or other related business information.
5.5 The User agrees that if the User has a dispute with the service provider or other third parties due to the use of the third-party services, the User shall not request the Platform to provide relevant information through non-judicial or administrative channels.
5.6 Users shall abide by national laws and regulations when using the Platform services and undertake to strictly perform the following obligations:
(1) Shall not transmit or publish: incite to resist or undermine the implementation of the Constitution, laws and administrative regulations, incite to subvert the state power, overthrow the socialist system, incite to split the country, destroy national unity, incite to ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, destroy national unity;
(2) Data and information transmission between mainland China and other countries must comply with relevant laws and regulations of China and other countries abroad;
(3) Do not use the platform or platform services to engage in money laundering, theft of trade secrets, theft of personal information and other illegal and criminal activities;
(4) Shall not interfere with the normal operation of the platform or invade the platform and the national computer information system;
(5) Shall not transmit or publish any illegal, harassing, calumniating, abusive, threatening, hurtful, vulgar, obscene, uncivilized information;
(6) Shall not transmit or publish information, materials or statements that damage the national social and public interests or involve national security;
(7) shall not instigate others to engage in any act prohibited by this section;
(8) The account registered on the Platform shall not be used for profit-making business activities;
(9) Shall not publish any content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights or legal rights of others such as copyright and trademark rights;
(10) The platform's goodwill shall not be maliciously slandering by fabricating or exaggerating facts;
(11) Other behaviors that violate the laws and regulations, public order and good customs, Internet interests of the user's location and the place where the account is registered, and other behaviors that BenPay reasonably considers inappropriate. If the user fails to comply with the above provisions, BenPay has the right to make independent judgment and take measures such as suspending or closing the user account without assuming any responsibility.
5.7 Users shall from time to time pay attention to and abide by all rules and regulations published or modified by the Platform from time to time. BenPay reserves the right, without any liability, to remove, in its sole discretion, any content on the platform that is not in accordance with laws or policies or is untrue or inappropriate, without notice to users.
5.8 user agree, as users in violation of the rules of this agreement, platform, or breach of this agreement by citing incorporated into this agreement and become a part of the file, or because the user using the platform service violates any laws or prejudice the rights of a third party to any third party, or by application or any damages or compensation requirements (including attorney fees), The user shall fully compensate or compensate BenPay and its affiliates, partners, directors and employees and hold them harmless.
5.9 BenPay has the right to warn, suspend services, cancel orders, prohibit transactions, close accounts, permanently prohibit registration and other measures if users violate the Agreement or the contents of the rules of the Platform or violate laws and regulations or damage the legitimate rights and interests of third parties. If BenPay or a third party suffers losses, BenPay has the right to take all legal litigation and non-litigation means to claim compensation. If the user's behavior constitutes a crime, BenPay has the right to report to the relevant authorities and assist in the investigation.

6. Service fee

6.1 When users use the Services of the Platform, if the Platform charges users fees for the services of the Platform, please refer to the fee description and fee standard listed on the Platform when users use the Services of the Platform. The Platform reserves the right to unilaterally establish and adjust the service fee standard of the Platform.
6.2 Based on the common agreement of blockchain, the payment of "miner's fee" or "network fee" should or may be incurred when using the platform for digital currency flow, which is determined by the user and collected by the relevant blockchain network. BenPay is not the recipient of such fee and does not profit from it. The User acknowledges that the user's transfer operation may fail under certain circumstances (including but not limited to insufficient "miner's fee" or "Network fee" paid by the user for the transfer during the transfer period, or instability of the relevant blockchain network); In such cases, the user will be charged a "miner's fee" or network fee by the relevant blockchain network, even if the user's transfer operation is not completed.
6.3 All taxes and other expenses incurred in using the Services of the Platform shall be borne by users themselves.

7. User information authorization and protection

7.1 User Information
(1) When users use the platform services, they independently choose the public data synchronized to BenPay server, including but not limited to wallet address and transaction data;
(2) Server values automatically received and recorded by the Platform on the browser of the user when the user uses the Platform services or accesses the Platform, including but not limited to IP address and other data and web page records required by the user;
(3) Relevant data collected by the Platform about users' transactions on the Platform, including but not limited to transaction records;
(4) User-related information obtained by the platform through the blockchain network.
7.2 User agrees that BenPay may use data collection devices such as "Cookies" on certain web pages of the Platform to automatically track certain information about users based on their behavior on the Platform. Without disclosing users' private information, the platform has the right to analyze the entire user database and make commercial use of the user database.
7.3 The User authorizes BenPay to provide the information provided by the user to the Platform, enjoy the information generated by the Platform services (including the information provided and generated before the signing of this Agreement) and the information collected by the Platform in accordance with this Clause. It is used for the platform and its entrusted partners to provide services, recommend products, carry out market research and information data analysis for users.
7.4 BenPay will protect user information in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. BenPay will not maliciously sell or share the information provided to BenPay by Users in connection with the performance of this Agreement with any third party except for the content and purpose set forth herein. BenPay will also urge its partners to keep such information confidential and take various measures to ensure its security.

8. Ownership and intellectual property rights

8.1 All content on the Platform, including pictures, files, information, data, platform architecture, platform layout, platform design, text and charts, software compilation, relevant source code and software, trademarks, etc. are legally owned by BenPay or other right holders. Trademark rights, patent rights, Copyrights and trade secrets shall be protected by national laws, no matter they are formed before or after this Agreement.
8.2 Unless otherwise mandatory by law, without the written permission of BenPay or other right holders, no entity or individual shall illegally use, copy, reprint, cite, link, grab or publicly publish the platform programs or contents in whole or in part. Otherwise, BenPay shall have the right to pursue its legal liabilities.
8.3 Users shall not download (except for page caching) or modify the platform or any part thereof without the express written consent of BenPay. Users shall not resell or commercially exploit the Platform or its content or Platform services; Do not collect and use product catalogues, descriptions and prices; No derivative exploitation of the Platform or its content or Platform Services; You shall not download or copy account information or use any data collection, Robots or similar data collection and extraction tools for other commercial gain. Systematic access to the Content of the Platform to create or edit anthologies, compilations, databases or directories directly or indirectly is strictly prohibited without the written permission of the Platform. In addition, the use of the Content and materials on the Platform for any purpose not expressly permitted by this Agreement is strictly prohibited.
8.4 User's use of any services provided by the Platform shall not be deemed to transfer any intellectual property rights from BenPay to user. It is the obligation of users to respect intellectual property rights. In case of violation, users shall be liable for damages and other legal liabilities by BenPay, and BenPay shall have the right to take warning, suspension of services, cancellation of orders, prohibition of transactions, closing of accounts, permanent prohibition of registration and other measures.

9. Risks

9.1 BenPay makes no warranties, express or implied, as to user's use of the Platform services, including but not limited to fitness for service provided by the Platform, freedom from error or omission, continuity, accuracy, reliability or fitness for a particular purpose. At the same time, BenPay does not make any commitment or guarantee of the validity, accuracy, correctness, reliability, quality, stability, integrity and timeliness of the technology and information involved in the services provided by the Platform.
9.2 Whether to use the Services of the Platform shall be decided by the users themselves at their own risk and possible losses. His Pocket for the digital asset market, value and price does not make any express or implied warranty, such as the instability of user knowledge and understanding of digital assets market, price and the value of the digital assets are subject to fluctuations or collapse, trading digital assets is the personal freedom of choice and decision, and to take risks and possible losses.
9.3 BenPay only provides software and hardware tools services for users to use or process blockchain data and does not provide any warranty or condition, whether express, implied or statutory, to any user and/or any transaction. BenPay does not and does not attempt to control the information published by users or service providers, and the platform does not undertake any form of certification or authentication services for such information. The Platform does not fully guarantee the authenticity, sufficiency, reliability, accuracy, completeness and validity of the Content on the Platform and shall not be liable for any legal liability arising therefrom. The User shall rely on the user's independent judgment for transactions and the User shall be solely responsible for such judgment.
9.4 The market view function provided by the platform only captures the search results of exchange rate information of digital assets of some exchanges, and does not represent the latest market or the best offer.
9.5 In the process of transferring blockchain assets through BenPay tool service, if there is abnormal information such as "transaction failure" or "package timeout" }, the user should reconfirm through relevant blockchain official channels or other blockchain query tools to avoid repeated transfer; Otherwise, all losses and expenses arising therefrom shall be borne by the user.
9.6 When creating or importing a wallet, users should make a secure backup of the security password and private key fragment of the wallet. Users should avoid using the following electronic backup methods: screenshots, emails, notepad applications in mobile phones, SMS, wechat, QQ and other electronic backup methods. If the user does not save or back up the security password, private key fragment and other information, and the user's mobile device is lost, the digital assets of the user may be lost, and BenPay cannot retrieve the information for the user. Any and all losses arising from the foregoing shall be borne by the user.
9.7 The above does not reveal all the risks of users' transactions through the platform and all the circumstances of the market. Before making a trading decision, users should fully understand the relevant digital assets and make prudent decisions based on their trading objectives, risk tolerance and asset status, and assume all the risks themselves.

10. Termination of agreement

10.1 User shall have the right to apply to the Platform for cancellation of registered account at any time, and the Agreement shall terminate as of the date on which the Platform approves user's cancellation of registered account.
10.2 If the User dies or is declared dead, his rights and obligations hereunder shall be succeeded by his successors. If the user loses all or part of his or her capacity for civil rights or civil conduct, BenPay or its authorized subject has the right to dispose of the funds related to the user's account in accordance with valid legal documents (including valid court decisions, etc.) or the instructions of his or her legal guardian. If the successor or legal guardian decides to continue to perform this Agreement, this Agreement shall remain in force; Otherwise, the successor or legal guardian shall apply to the Platform for account cancellation in accordance with this Agreement, and the Agreement shall terminate on the date when the Platform approves the user's account cancellation.
10.3 BenPay has the right to terminate all services of the platform in accordance with this Agreement. This Agreement shall terminate on the date of termination of all services of the platform, and the liquidation process shall be operated in accordance with the specific provisions of the platform announcement.
10.4 Upon termination of this Agreement, User shall not have the right to require BenPay to continue to provide any services to user or perform any other obligations, including but not limited to requiring BenPay to retain or disclose any information in its original account for User or forward any information that user or third party has not read or sent.
10.5 The termination of this Agreement shall not affect the non-breaching party's claim to the breaching party's liability for breach of contract prior to the termination of this Agreement, nor shall it affect the performance of the obligations hereunder thereafter.

11. Application of law

11.1 The content, conclusion, execution, interpretation and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China.

12. Others

12.1 BenPay respects the legal rights of users. This agreement and all rules published on the platform are for the purpose of providing users with better and more convenient services. Please read the terms in bold and bold.
12.2 If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable, invalid or illegal by any authority with jurisdiction, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall not be affected.
12.3 If any provision of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part for any reason, such provision shall be deemed to be severable from this Agreement and superseded by a valid new provision that is as close as possible to the intent of the parties and preserves the economic purposes required by this Agreement, and, In this case the other provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect and binding.
12.4 Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to create, imply or otherwise treat BenPay as an agent, fiduciary or other representative of the User, unless otherwise provided for in other terms of this Agreement.
12.5 Waiver of breach or waiver of any provision of this Agreement shall be effective only if the non-breaching party or non-waiving party personally signs the waiver. No waiver of breach under this Agreement shall be deemed or construed as a waiver of subsequent breach or other breach by the non-breaching party; Failure to exercise any right or remedy shall not in any way be construed as a waiver of such right or remedy.
12.6 If users have any questions about this Agreement, they can send an email to BenPay@support.com, and BenPay will explain and explain relevant terms and conditions for users in detail and reply to users' questions.
